August 2025 Update: Vinyl/Paper stickers
Please note that I am currently in the process of phasing out my paper-based stickers and replacing them with vinyl-based stickers! This means they will be better quality, but until I expend my paper-based stock, you may receive a mixture of vinyl and paper stickers. If you have a preference please let me know in your order notes and I will try my best to include your preferred option in your order!

Who runs this store?
I do! Serapheir is my artist name, and all the art here is made by yours truly. All orders made on this store are fulfilled by myself - so if you need anything, just message! 💖
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes! However all taxes/customs fees/tariffs will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please keep this in mind and make sure you include your phone number or email on your order so customs can contact you if need be! I cannot predict what these charges, if any, will be.
As of 28th August, parcel shipping has been suspended to the US by NZPost (and most other shipping companies outside of the US). Letter shipping - which can hold A5 & A4 prints and stickers, can still be posted. Any other items are unable to be shipped at this time.
If you are located in the US you may be interested in purchasing from my US-based print-on-demand shops, such as TeePublic for stickers and cute things, and my Inprnt for prints.
How long will it take for my order to be posted?
Please allow approximately 3 working days for me to pack and send your order! 😊💜 Orders are only sent on weekdays.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you are ordering from within NZ, 2-10 working days. If you are ordering from overseas, please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive. Please check your tracking number regularly (if you have one) and if anything looks odd, please feel free to let me know!
What happens if my order is wrong?
If something is wrong with your order, like the wrong items have been supplied, please let me know via email or social media and I can send the item to you!
What happens if my order doesn't arrive/is damaged in transit?
If the item has been damaged in transit, or your order has not arrived within the timeframe listed above, please let me know and I will attempt to work this out with the delivery service. If the postal service is unable to cover your order unfortunately I am unable to help further than that. I'm very sorry for this!
For NZ parcels, the timeframe for making a claim on a missing parcel is 21 days from the posted date. For damaged parcels, 10 days since delivery. If you contact NZ Post, or myself, outside of these time frames, unfortunately your order cannot be reimbursed or resent.
For international parcels, the timeframe for undelivered items is 90 days. Please contact me or NZ Post within this time if anything is amiss.
Will my order have a tracking number?
If you have selected a tracked option from the shipping options, then yes!
The only shipping option that does not have tracking is the cheaper flat items option - these are sent as letters and do not have a tracking number.
Your shop says you're at a con right now and I can't buy anything - why?
This is because I have pressed PAUSE on my online store - this happens when I am busy attending conventions and selling my art!
Sit tight, and once my in-person events have passed, my store will be updated with up-to-date stock and all will be right again!
In the event of an order cancellation or refund...
Please note, if an order is placed and has to be fully refunded for whatever reason, the payment processing fee will not be refunded to you.
